Winner will be selected at Record Store Day Canada on MAY 1, 2023 by noon and the winner will be notified by e-mail and arrangements will be made to deliver the prize via e-mail. The prize will be delivered to the winner to a valid Canadian address provided by the winner. Please Note: RSDC would never ask for credit card info. We cover the prize and shipping costs for all contest winners.
For Quebec residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
