The long-awaited documentary on Canadian hard rock trio Triumph has received a premiere date along with their first trailer.
Triumph: Rock & Roll Machine will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 10th.
Directed by Sam Dunn and Marc Ricciardelli, the film is said to be "a celebratory, exhilarating thrill ride through the history of one of rock's most unsung acts."
The trailer includes interviews with Skid Row's Sebastian Bach and the Trailer Park Boys along with Triumph vocalist/guitarist Rik Emmett, bassist/keyboardist Mike Levine and drummer/vocalist Gil Moore.
Triumph were named ambassadors of Record Store Day Canada for 2021, with 1981's Allied Forces box set being reissued as part of #RSDDrops.
Banger Films have previously produced feature documentaries on Alice Cooper, ZZ Top, and more.
